Wanted to take a moment to thank you for promptly scheduling the install of our furnace humidifier and service for our HRV system. On that point, I would like you to know that the tech that did the install was on time, knowledgeable and very accommodating in the way he answered all my questions about all the HVAC systems in our home. As a first time homeowner it was very much appreciated.

Service was prompt and courteous. The AC unit installation was reasonably priced and the follow-up Thermostat Upgrade was efficient. The gentleman did a quick maintenance recap for me for the different filters that need to be cleaned or replaced and how often to do so.

Dealing with Martino HVAC has been a very very good experience since the very first email. It was great to see that this continued even after the sale. Adam & Martin with the crew were great and they took time to explain everything. We have been debating for a year if we are going to fix our broken and not properly installed heated floor system (installed by the previous homeowner around 10years ago) or leave it, but I am happy we end up fixing it through this company. They changed all hardware including the new boiler, pump, expansion tank, gas, and electricity connections. Basically, we were very satisfied!

The installation crew were professional, did an incredible job, precise, and even cleaned up after themselves. John, Todd, and the rest of their crew really know their stuff. I would just like to say that our Martino service technician JP did an excellent job on our furnace today. He was helpful in answering all of my questions while he continued to work. I also appreciate that he worked clean and was mindful of the surroundings due to this time of pandemic!!

We are very happy with the excellent service today. Kyle is definitely a true professional technician. The service he delivered is far exceeded our expectation. He actually not only solved the problem of our heating system, he also gave me many suggestions how to detect the issue. This is pretty much the best service I ever had. After contacting Martino, the company sends two technicians, Kyle and Jordan out the very next day. They actually arrived ahead of time to do the repair. It was a difficult retrofit of a part on our furnace. They genuinely looked forward to the challenge and worked enthusiastically, carefully, and efficiently to complete a very difficult job in just two hours. We just purchased a new furnace from Martino HVAC and had it installed today. The initial visit by Bryon and the subsequent removal/install by Emmet and Tod were both done in an extremely professional manner. All three were very knowledgeable and helpful with info on all my queries. The job was done extremely well and efficiently, also very very neatly. A great experience that definitely softened the financial blow due to the need for a new furnace! We have been on Martino HVAC’s annual maintenance plan for a few years and shall definitely remain so into the future.

Martino has serviced my furnace and AC for a few years. Excellent service every time. Recently they went above and beyond when I was in a jam after having my gas meter replaced and a leak was found. A huge shout out to Adam for taking the lead and managing the process, and to Leone who came after hours to fix the problem. Keep up the good work!
